Approval for monthly payments only takes a few minutes and we will be glad to process you application immediately. There is no cost to apply and payments can be as low as 3% of the outstanding balance. CareCredit also has an interest free option.
When you are approved for CareCredit we do not require payment today.

CareCredit's Interest Free Payment Plans let you offer your patients/clients a choice of flexible payment plans. regardless of financial circumstances, people appreciate being given a choice, and with CareCredit, they can choose to begin treatment today. Depending upon the treatment amount, they can take up to 12 months to pay their balance in full without paying interest charges. Plus there is no initial cash outlay or annual fee. And they can take advantage of monthly payments as low as 3% of the outstanding balance, or $10, whichever is greater.
In addition to helping your patients/clients accept recommended treatment, with CareCredit you receive the treatment fee at the time of service. There is no recourse to you if the patient/client delays payment or defaults. And offering CareCredit's 3, 6, & 12 Month Interest Free Payment Plans will reduce billing and collections, significantly increasing your practice's profitability.

Our mission is to deliver the finest treatment possible today, performed to you satisfaction. Payment is due at the time of treatment. If this is not convenient for you, we have a monthly payment plan called CareCredit which allows you to start your treatment today and spread the payments over time.

Columbus Animal Hospital Boarding Agreement
For your pet's comfort and safety at the Columbus Animal Hospital, we have the following boarding policies:
- In order to protect your pet, as well as those belonging to other people, we require written proof that your pet is up to date on the following vaccinations:
Dogs Cats
- DHLPP
(Dist/Parvo Combination)- Bordetella (Canine Cough)
- Rabies
- Distemper/ Rhinotrach/ Calici/ Leukemia
- Bordetella
- Rabies
- You may drop off your pet anytime during our regular office hours of 8:00 am - 5:30 pm Monday-Friday, and 9:00 am - 11:30 a.m. on Saturday.
- Please take your collars, leashes and carriers with you when you drop off your pet. We do not take responsibility for any of these items left with us. We will do our best to keep track of toys and blankets, but can not guarantee their return.
- You may pick up your pet between 11:00 am - 5:30 pm on Monday - Friday and between 10:00 am - 11:30 a.m. on Saturday, excluding holidays. If you make arrangements at the time of drop off and the stay is pre-paid, you may pick-up your pet between 4:00 - 4:15 pm on most Sunday afternoons.
- Most animals staying with us longer than two nights will receive a complimentary bath before going home. Please coordinate your pick-up time with us. We will work to have your pet dry and ready for you.
- We expect animals to be picked up and charges remitted at the specified time (agreed upon at drop off). If this is not done after seven days, our Doctors' will remove the animal as they see fit.
- Rates are figured per night, with a one night minimum, our rates are as follows:

- Small (under 25lbs) $7.35
- Medium (26-40lbs) $8.56
- Large (41-80lbs) $9.77
- Giant (over 81lbs) $10.97
- Cats and kittens $7.35
- We may ask for all or part of the expected charges to be paid at the time of drop off. We expect all balances to be cleared at pick-up.
